Dubai Land Department and IPS continue advance their strategic partnership to strengthen the emirate’s position on the global real estate investment map, as preparations gather momentum for the 22nd edition of the exhibition, taking place from 7 to 9 September 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

The exhibition provides an exceptional international setting to showcase Dubai’s real estate vision, investment opportunities, landmark projects, and emerging destinations, while strengthening engagement between investors and the key stakeholders shaping the real estate sector.

In the first quarter of 2026, the value of real estate transactions in the emirate reached AED 252 billion, representing year on year growth of 31% in value and 6% in transaction volume. Real estate investments totaled AED 173 billion across 57,744 investments, while foreign investment rose by 26% to AED 148.35 billion.

These indicators support Dubai’s efforts to broaden its investor base and attract international capital, underpinned by an integrated framework of progressive legislation, advanced infrastructure, digital transformation, efficient procedures, and policies that promote transparency and investor protection.
